I forgot to check the paper manufacturer. I think it is Kurio. The die is from Memory Box. I cut it in half. The circle came from the inside of the die. I colored Tim Holtz metallic ribbon with a copic marker and attached it to the die. The outside part of the die is covered with stickles (sorry you can't see it). The image is Tilda with Ugg Shoes. This is one of my favorites. She was cut using a die from Lifestyles Crafts. I covered the whole thing with Antique Linen distress ink. I then only colored the dress, shoes, and butterflies. Sickles was applied to glitz it up. I had a lot of glitter tulle from my daughter's wedding in silver and turquoise. I cut a 6 inch piece of each, fanfolded them (seperately), folded in half and adhered. I then fanned them out in a half circle behind the die cut.
Here is another simpler version. I mass produced these for a card swap. The ladies in the swap prefer CAS cards, so I toned down the original:
This version shows one piece of tulle, but for the swap, I left out the tulle. I did the image the same way, but I took a black glaze pen and traced over the antennae and legs of the butterfly. This DP is from My Minds Eye. On the inside, instead of using ribbon (I didn't have enough) I used a double-sided tape similar to score tape. I covered it with embossing glitter. I also left out the pin.
