Manger Scene Christmas Card

Two posts in one evening. I never know when I will be able to get to the library, so I am posting both of my creations in one night. This is the Christmas card that I mass produced to send out this year. I made around 30 of them. It was a bit time consuming, but lots of fun. I like sending religious cards as a reminder of the true meaning of Christmas.



The ornament die and coordinating stamps are from Heartfelt Creations. Since I cut the ornament out to use the negative space on the outside of the card, I decided to use the ornament itself to decorate the inside. The blue paper is just cardstock. The ribbon was bought at a craft store. I colored white candy with a Martha Stewart glitter metallic silver marker. The nativity stamp I think is from either Stampendous or Hero Arts. I got it at Hobby Lobby. It is a wood mounted stamp. It is layered onto a square of white cardstock and popped up with foam squares. I used silver stickles on the star and more stickles on the stable. Here are some challenges I found to enter:
